American Aviation Company (AAC) occupies 22,400 square feet of office and industrial space in the Grissom Aeroplex in Peru, Indiana. The Aeroplex is an industrial park on the grounds of the former Grissom Air Force Base. AAC's facility (formerly Hangar 11) is an Aviation Class building fully served by industrial grade utilities, including optic fibre telecommunications. It is configured as four 5,000 square foot hangars and 2,400 square feet of office space.

A unique building feature is its location at the end of a 12,900-foot runway maintained by the 434 th Air Refuelling Wing of the United States Air Force Reserve. The office has a built-in computer networking system and a new electric power distribution system. The space is currently configured to provide proof-of-concept and prototype production and is sufficient to support small-scale production.
