Chris Carder "Dangerous"

INSTRUCTOR

 

Chris has over 5000 hours on the Canberra, Hawk, and the Jaguar. He was a QFI at Valley and 1991 solo Hawk display pilot. He did 2 tours on the Jaguar, one front-line with 54(F) Sqn and one as an OCU instructor. He flew on operations in Northern Iraq and Bosnia as well as flying on exercise and trials work throughout Europe and North America, and was also the 1999 Jaguar display pilot.

Chris spent 3 years with the Red Arrows for the 2000-2002 seasons, flying as Red 4 and 8, and has flown over 300 public aerobatic displays. He is currently the CFI of the Joint Elementary Flying Training School, flying the Slingsby T67 Firefly.
