It's tough to believe from his youthful good looks that Bratty is old enough to have flown the Lightning, but there are pictures to prove it; obviously it was in service for a lot longer than many people think...
He went on to be a CFS QFI but time off for good behaviour resulted in two tours on the Tornado F3, with two operational tours in Bosnia. He also continued instructing on the Bulldog over this period.

Bratty takes occasional time away from Ultimate High to captain a BA 747.
