This FK 9 Version
was designed to meet the requirements for cruising and long-distance
flights.
High Cruising Speeds and a robust carbon fibre
airframe with integrated tubular steel frame
crash protection makes this airplane a faster and safer
cruiser. Large distances up to 1000 km operation range as well as
speeds of over 200 km/h combined with good landing properties. These
features have made the FK9 one of the most widely sold light
aircraft in Germany and Europe. Space-Saving Hangaring due to the
optional feature wing-folding mechanism and the one-man assembly
aid.

Practical construction
With an inner width of 1.08 m, the cockpit is similar to that of the
Cessna 172.

The external luggage loading door and the
cockpit doors with gas driven spring-openers provide easy and
comfortable access to the cabin and the luggage space.
The aircraft is available as a kit
or ready built. A Utility version is also available.
